Carrot salad
2. 1 medium size capsicum
3. 2 tablespoon bengalgram sprouts
4. 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
5. salt, lime to taste
Wash and grate carrots. Dice capsicum into small pieces. Combine all ingredients and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
If you wish you can combine cabbage and grated coconuts.[optional]
